Complaints regarding the provided access

In case of any problems with the provided access, please contact us by e-mail at: bok@dostepy.com.

A complaint may concern, in particular: non-delivery of access details, incorrect operation of the provided access, access not being consistent with the offer description, or problems with using the access in accordance with the instructions provided after purchase.

When submitting a complaint, please provide:

  • order number,
  • e-mail address used for the purchase,
  • description of the problem,
  • screenshot or error message, if available.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt. The response to the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.

If the complaint is accepted, the Store may, in particular: restore the access, provide correct access details, replace the access with another one consistent with the order, reduce the price, or refund the payment - depending on the nature of the issue and applicable legal provisions.

The Buyer should use the provided access in accordance with the Store’s Terms and Conditions and the instructions provided after purchase. The Store is not responsible for the consequences of actions performed by the Buyer or third parties contrary to the Terms and Conditions or the instructions, in particular attempts to change account data, password, e-mail address, login, security settings or other account settings.

Withdrawal from the agreement and refunds

The provided access is digital in nature and is delivered electronically in the form of access details and instructions.

The right of withdrawal from the agreement may not apply to the Consumer if the performance of the service began, with the Consumer’s prior express consent, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the Consumer was informed that after the service has been fully performed by the Store, they will lose the right of withdrawal from the agreement and acknowledged this.

In the case of access delivered automatically after purchase, the service is considered performed at the moment when the access details are sent or made available to the Buyer.

A refund may be issued, in particular, in the event of non-delivery of access due to the Store’s fault, permanent inability to use the access in accordance with the offer description, or acceptance of a complaint that cannot be resolved by restoring the access or providing correct access details.

The provisions of this section do not limit the Consumer’s rights arising from applicable laws.
